1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an eligible item. Any return request initiated after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for an Eligible Return
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure your request meets the following criteria:
Reason for Return: We only accept returns for the following reasons:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
The product has expired.
Condition of the Product: The item must be:
Unused and unopened.
In its original, intact packaging with all seals, tags, and labels attached.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order ID and invoice for your purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
Items returned without their original packaging.
Products on sale, clearance, or part of any promotional offer.
Returns initiated for reasons of “change of mind” or “dislike of the product” after use.
4. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)
1- Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at support@matrikagreen.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
2- Provide Details: In your email, please include:
Your Order ID.
The reason for the return (e.g., damaged, wrong item).
Clear photos and a short video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product and its packaging. This is a mandatory step for us to process your request.
3- Await Approval: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.
4- Reverse Pickup: We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product from your address. Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item at our facility, it will undergo a quality check.
Inspection: Our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Notification: We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing the Refund: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please follow the return process outlined above. We will ship the replacement product after we receive and inspect the original item.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.

Refund for Cancellation: If you cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
